Tried & Tested: Sanctuary Spa – First Impressions

Yay – boxing day sales – who doesn’t love a good bargain? I was out for a bit and decided to pop into Boots as they had 1/2 sales. I picked up 101 items and wanted to buy it, I didn’t need any, I just wanted it because it was on sale. I put everything back and these caught my eye as I was walking out. It came in a rose gold (yes! rose gold) tin with a Body Wash, Body Scrub and Body Puff. I’ve never tried any of their products so given that, here is a first impressions review…

Body Scrub

This is a gentle yet effective scrub as it leaves your skin feeling smooth. Its infused with natural pumice and essential oils, not only that, its micro-bead free and vegan! Their packaging is gorgeous although it’s a shame it’s not full, however I’m not sure if that’s because of the bottle it’s in?

Body Wash & Body Puff

Again, look at that packaging! This has been infused with essential oils and jojoba beads which then foams up into a lovely body wash. I use my shower puff to make it extra foamy as it doesn’t foam up a lot by itself too well. The shower puff isn’t too rough on the skin but feels like it’s killing the dead skin cells for that very luxurious, at home pamper experience.

Overall I am loving Sanctuary Spa and would love more of their photogenic products!

my mum works in a school an used to always get SS as gifts at Christmas and the end of the year off students, I used to love it because it meant I could use them! I loved them and they smelt lush! Reading this has reminded me of their products, I think I may treat myself on student loan day!
